Peter Nicholas & Sons Roofing is a family run business established in Swansea since 1984 and incorporated in 2004. We are the 3rd generation of Nicholas in the roofing services business. We pride ourselves in our quality of workmanship and have a vast experience, specialising in slate roofs, tiling, guttering, soffits and fascias. We also carry out repairs, removal and rebuilding of chimneys.
We have both English and Welsh speaking staff.

Peter Nicholas & Sons Roofing, always give excellent workmanship, with expertise spanning three generations. We were recommended to use Peter Nicholas & Sons, when we moved to Swansea and we have never been disappointed with their work. We have had work done on our roof and we have had all the guttering and down pipes replaced. All work was carried out to an excellent standard and at a satisfactory price, with no hidden extras. We have always felt confident with the standard of their work. Peter Nicholas & Sons always give value for money and outstanding service. We recommend this well established Swansea company. We would not let anyone else onto our roof!
Peter and his team provided a first class service when they completely re-roofed the house and replaced the guttering, fascias, soffits and downpipes. The work was carried out in a thoroughly professional, efficient and courteous manner and at a reasonable price. They were also extremely helpful more recently after I accidentally damaged a section of the uPVC. I would recommend the company wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Hassle free new roof, guttering and facias
So we shopped around and got a few quotes...listened to a few neighbours and the high praise that they had for Peter Nicholas, "He's the best" "He will do a good job" "I wish that he had done my roof, Peter came and repaired a bad job done by another firm" .
The quote for a new roof was really competitive and there were plenty of tiles and styles to choose from. When on site all the roofers and scaffolders were professional and hardworking, keeping everything tidy as they worked. We made the most of the scaffolding and had some unscheduled work done...new facias and guttering, Peter Nicholas supplied another competitive quote for the work and the job was completed in a matter of days.
We are more that happy with all the work that has been done, everything was completed to a high standard and has vastly improved the look of our property. The old roof was removed and disposed of, except for a few tiles we kept for the garden. We would recommend Peter Nicholas to anyone.

Peter and his team turned up when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. An excellent job in replacing the roof on my house with a very competitive price.
Peter's team were very professional and meticulous in their work. They cleaned up after the work was completed and were a pleasure to be around.

Peter and his team removed our old roof and did a really good job replacing it with underfelt new battens and modern tiling and ridge fittings. They were very polite helpful and were obviously very good at their job. Their tided up at the end as well. I would reccommend them strongly as good & reliable. A proper "tidy" job!

From the initial phone call (taken by, I believe your Mum) on Wednesday, to the roof repairs carried out today (not the best of days for roof work), I have been seriously impressed by the quality of the service you provide.

The above is an email I felt compelled to write to Peter Nicholas following a roof repair his company carried out for us.
I made a phone call lunchtime Wednesday, was promised & received a call back that afternoon. An inspection visit using a high resolution camera was made later that afternoon, followed by a roof inspection & a promise to carry out the required remedial work next day weather permitting. It happened, in spite of the wind & rain next day.
The work was completed at a very reasonable cost.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just had a complete new roof fitted by Peter and the boys. Great professional job. Completed in 2 days including taking down the old chimney. They were quick and efficient and polite at all times. Cleared up all the mess and even cleared out my guttering. Would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.
Would highly recommend Peter and his boys. Whole new roof needed and they did it in a very friendly and professional manner AND within the time promised. Particularly good when a nasty storm over a weekend evening tore up the felting. Turned up and carried out running repairs very quickly keeping us dry.

Mr. Nicholas and co attended to the damage to my roof within 24 hours after hurricane Barney had blown a ridge tile off and damaged / shifted some roofing tiles. I am very pleased with the work done, and the turn out.
